Shipping Policy

We ship from the USA during our normal hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm (PST) from our shop in California. USPS does not guarantee delivery times. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. USPS offers limited tracking services for International Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Occasionally packages can be delayed in customs.

We are not responsible for any extra time your order may be delayed in customs. You are solely responsible for any duty charges and we do not undervalue shipment on customs forms. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. 

Processing times:

All pre-made styles ship within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, please allow for at least 1-2 weeks, although it may ship sooner.
